Job Title: Client Support Analyst (US Shift / Night Shift)

AExperience and Knowledge

1. Basic understanding of US Residential Mortgage.

2. Familiarly of Encompass, Calyx point and any other loan origination platform.

Duties and Responsibilities

3. The primary and basic duty of an associate is to follow the process steps defined in the SOP and complete all the daily files/loans/tasks assigned to the associate.

4. Associate has the duty to discuss every complicated mater with the lead/manager/people in charge/and other professionals effectively to settle the important issues.

5. Associate has to work for lessening the number of mistakes or errors so has to monitor day to day files/loans/tasks.

6. The responsibility also includes carrying out additional and supporting tasks like updating activity log, client CMS and any additional tasks assigned by lead/Manager.

7. Associate has to complete the number of files/loans assigned to him/her.

8. Associate needs to achieve production target in the 9 hours shift without compromising quality and efficiency.

9. Associate has to escalate any issues or errors he/she come across.

10. It is the major responsibility of the Associate to keep abreast and thorough knowledge of the process he/she is assigned to.

Skills and Specifications

11. The Associate should be an excellent communicator and so should have skills both verbally and written in English.

12. Associate should have excellent basic computer/MS Office knowledge.

13. Associate should have tying speed and accuracy in English language.

14. Associate should be able to adapt to perpetual changes in process in which he/she is assigned to.

15. The Associate needs to be very patient and motivated towards the work.

16. Associate should be very clear about the technical skills and related area.

Education and Qualifications

17. Minimum a bachelor’s degree in any stream but commerce will be preferred.
