Job Description

A Client Success Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing and maintaining client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and successful use of a company’s products or services. They act as the first line of communication, coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and addressing client issues promptly to prevent escalation. They support onboarding processes, assist in preparing reports and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and monitor client health metrics such as churn risks and upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and managing client communications, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Executing onboarding checklists and maintaining updated knowledge resources.
  • Tracking and addressing client requests and issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Supporting the preparation of client reports and QBRs, analyzing usage data, and identifying potential risks.
  • Collecting and surfacing client feedback through surveys.
  • Coordinating internally with sales and support teams for smooth transitions and enhanced client experience.
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to contribute to business growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,058.20 - ₹37,026.40 per month
