As a Client Servicing Sr. Specialist / Specialist at GTF Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and project execution between our clients and the agency. Your proactive nature and ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns in a fast-paced digital marketing environment will be key to success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Client Relationship & Strategic Leadership:** You will be the senior point of contact for key clients, fostering trusted partnerships and understanding their business goals to develop tailored digital marketing strategies. - **Expert Campaign Management & Optimization:** Leading end-to-end paid media campaigns across various platforms, you will oversee planning, execution, and real-time optimization using advanced technical insights and data-driven strategies. - **Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Managing and mentoring a team of campaign specialists, you will coordinate with internal departments to ensure the seamless execution of integrated campaigns. - **Technical Performance Analysis & Reporting:** You will be responsible for translating complex performance metrics into clear, strategic recommendations and driving discussions to support data-informed decision-making. - **Issue Resolution & Innovation:** Addressing client concerns and technical issues, you will leverage industry tools to deliver strong solutions and performance improvements. - **Advanced Paid Media Expertise:** Demonstrating deep technical knowledge of paid media ecosystems, you will manage campaign setup, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and more. - **Strategic Vision with Technical Acumen:** Your strong technical understanding of campaign platforms and experience in managing teams will be essential in leading strategy for high-value clients. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or similar roles. - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
