Client Servicing Intern

Key responsibilities

  Understand client needs, address queries, and maintain strong relationships.

  Performance Tracking:

  Use tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or dashboards to monitor campaign performance.

  Reporting:

  Build clear and concise performance reports for clients.

  Problem-Solving:

  Troubleshoot and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

  Upselling Support:

  Identify opportunities to offer additional services and create more value for clients.

Who we are looking for

• Final-year students or recent graduates (06 months experience).
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Basic understanding of

  digital marketing

  or

  affiliate marketing

  .
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and a good team player.
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar marketing tools.

Bonus Point if you have

• Prior internship experience in a

  digital marketing agency
