As a part of Tring, India's largest tech-enabled celebrity engagement platform, you will be revolutionizing the celebrity engagement industry and working alongside a vibrant team. Your role will involve managing client relationships and overseeing digital marketing activities. You will play a crucial role in communicating with clients, executing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring high client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining smooth communication and managing relationships effectively. - Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of campaigns/projects. - Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns on various platforms such as social media, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing. - Prepare and present detailed campaign performance reports to clients. - Keep abreast of industry trends, digital tools, and best practices to optimize campaign performance. - Address client queries, provide effective solutions, and uphold high levels of client satisfaction. - Work closely with creative, design, and technical teams to deliver comprehensive marketing solutions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in Client Servicing and/or Digital Marketing. - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Email Marketing. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts effectively. - Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ad is a plus.
