Job Description

Job Overview:

The Client Servicing Executive in event management is tasked with building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the event planning and execution process.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and regular follow-ups.
  • Create a positive onboarding experience for new clients and ensure consistent engagement throughout the event planning process.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, budget, and specific requirements.
  • Develop customized event proposals, including themes, timelines, and budgets, to meet client needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, logistics) and external vendors (e.g., venues, caterers, decorators, audiovisual teams) to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Assist in creating and distributing event-related materials, such as invitations, promotional content, and schedules.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, secure services, and ensure high-quality, cost-effective delivery.
  • Oversee logistical aspects, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and on-site setup, to ensure all elements align with the client’s vision.
  • Manage event documentation, including contracts, invoices, and schedules, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on budget status and ensure transparency in financial dealings.
  • Assist in event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all elements are implemented according to plan.
  • Address any issues or last-minute changes during events, maintaining composure and problem-solving under pressure.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback from clients and attendees, assess event success, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed post-event reports for clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key outcomes and metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to enhance the client’s event experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote event services and drive client engagement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
