About Us:

Covermatch.com is a UAE-based digital insurance platform helping customers compare and buy car, health, life, travel, and other insurance policies online.

We have an established office in Kochi with a growing team supporting our UAE operations, and we are now looking for Client Service Executive to strengthen our follow-up and renewal process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Follow-Up: Contact customers who enquire about insurance on our website, explain quotes, answer questions, and assist them in purchasing policies.
• Policy Renewals: Call existing customers with upcoming renewals, remind them before expiry, and guide them through the renewal process.
• Customer Engagement: Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships to improve repeat business.
• CRM & Data Updates: Ensure accurate recording of calls, follow-ups, and renewal outcomes in the system.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in Kochi and Dubai for smooth processing.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet follow-up and renewal targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate with excellent communication skills in English .
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and email.
