Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Interactive Brokers Group, Inc., you will be responsible for resolving client inquiries via calls, chats, and e-mails related to asset and cash transfers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working closely with the back office to manage and resolve all securities-related queries globally, ensuring systematic follow-up to resolve pending transfers/settlements, differences, and breaks. - Supporting Operations Service in Settlement transactions, including clarifications and follow-up on Settlements completion. - Ensuring query resolution within agreed service levels and focusing on client satisfaction. - Committing to a culture of continuous improvement and client service excellence. - Delivering exceptional client service while challenging process efficiency and behavior. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - University degree (Bachelors) required. - Previous client service experience in the financial and security service industry, preferably in Settlement or Cash transfers. Alternatively, an MBA apprenticeship with a finance profile or three years of Inbound Client services experience in the International BPO industry for banking/finance process. - Passion for client interactions and understanding of securities and global custody products. - Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and a focus on timely resolution of client inquiries. - Adaptable, motivated, self-directed, and driven individual with a keen interest in new technologies. - Fluent in English, with knowledge of any other European language considered a plus. - Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts.
