Role & responsibilities

  • Handle patient enquiries

    through phone calls
  • Convert enquiry calls

    into confirmed appointments or service bookings.
  • Schedule assessments

    for patients based on availability and requirements.
  • Collect and document assessment reports

    accurately and on time.
  • Explain and fix suitable service packages

    for patients based on their needs and recommendations.
  • Maintain follow-up communication

    to ensure a smooth patient journey.
  • Coordinate with internal teams

    for seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience

    by addressing patient concerns promptly and professionally.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Good communication skills
  • BSC Nursing/GNM with minimum 2 year experienced candidates
