In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways: Provides oversight and sets priorities for multiple teams responsible for delivering high-quality services to internal and/or external clients. Partners with various groups to define and implement process improvements and controls. Hands-on experience in managing operational risk events and associated resolution plans. To be successful in this role, we are seeking the following: Bachelor s degree in a business discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 12 plus years of total work experience in core operations and 5 to 6 years of management experience preferred.
