Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Client Relationship Officer with knowledge of GST, Income Tax Filing, FSSAI, and other accounting & auditing services. The candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring service delivery, and supporting compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding GST, IT filing, FSSAI, and other compliance services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with professionalism.
Guide clients on documentation, filing requirements, and statutory deadlines.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver accurate and timely services.
Support clients in understanding accounting and auditing procedures.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in client servicing, accounting, or taxation.
Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax filing, FSSAI compliance, and auditing support.
Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
