Role Overview

As a Client Relationship Intern, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with our existing and prospective clients. You’ll be the connecting bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client queries and updates
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution
• Maintain and update client records and reports
• Assist in client meetings and follow-ups
• Support in onboarding new clients and explaining processes
• Handle day-to-day client communication through email, WhatsApp, and calls
• Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
• Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in BBA, Marketing, Communications or related field
• Prior internship experience in client servicing is a plus
