We are looking for a Client Experience Executive who will engage with families, explain our services, and ensure smooth scheduling and booking of shoots. The ideal candidate is empathetic, approachable, and confident in converting conversations into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with families and introduce Minicubs’ newborn photography services with warmth and professionalism.
• Present photography packages and guide clients in selecting the right options.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and manage scheduling efficiently.
• Coordinate with the photography team for smooth execution of shoots.
• Maintain accurate client details, booking records, and payments.
• Achieve monthly sales and booking targets through effective client engagement.

Skills & Qualities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English + local language).
• Caring, empathetic approach while engaging with families.
• Confidence in sales and persuasion without being pushy.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in any stream.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client relations preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
