Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Relations & Sales Executive who can build trust, handle client interactions confidently, and close high-value deals. This role involves calling leads provided by Trecasa, handling inbound inquiries, and presenting our services with a luxury approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads from social media, referrals, and events
• Call and follow up with leads provided by Trecasa
• Conduct client consultations and present Trecasa’s services with confidence
• Coordinate with the design team to prepare accurate proposals and quotes
• Maintain detailed call logs and follow-up records in CRM tools
• Schedule and attend meetings (in-office or on-site) for walkthroughs and discussions
• Ensure timely closure of deals and meet monthly revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat projects

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in interiors, architecture, or luxury sales
• Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi
• Ability to convert inquiries into projects and handle objections effectively
• Knowledge of interior design basics is an advantage
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
• Presentable, proactive, and goal-oriented

Performance Goals

• Achieve ₹30–70L in closed deals monthly
• Respond to every lead within 24 hours
• Maintain 100% professionalism in all client interactions

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
