**Key Responsibilities:** * Make outbound calls to potential clients for lead generation and sales. * Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions. * Maintain and update customer database. * Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet targets and improve sales strategies. * Provide timely and accurate information about the services to clients. * Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities. * Build and maintain strong client relationships. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1+ years of experience in inside sales (in the IT domain). * Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). * Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to close deals. * Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office. * Graduation is a must. * Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and have the ability to work independently.
