Your role will involve crafting strategic narratives and integrated marketing strategies that drive enrollments, elevate perception, and transform education experiences. We are looking for a talented individual who possesses a strong creative foundation and sharp analytical abilities to develop compelling brand narratives for our clients in the education space. A degree in design, branding, or communication from a premier design institute such as NID, NIFT, MIT Institute of Design, Srishti, Pearl Academy, or similar top-tier design schools in India is mandatory for this role. Your key responsibilities will include developing differentiated, insight-led brand strategies tailored for education clients, translating these strategies into powerful brand stories across various channels, collaborating closely with creative teams and client stakeholders to maintain narrative and visual consistency, and monitoring brand and marketing performance metrics to recommend strategic adjustments. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a creative agency or branding consultancy, a proven ability to synthesize research into strategic direction, strong written and verbal communication skills, exposure to branding and consumer psychology, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines with agility.
