Job Description : We are looking for a highly experienced professional to lead our HNI Desk with a focus on HNI & Ultra-HNI client acquisition , revenue generation, and team leadership across the Equity, Commodity, and Currency markets . Key Responsibilities : Acquire, manage & retain HNI & Ultra HNI clients with focus on broking revenues Manage the complete P&L of the HNI Desk Recruit, train & lead a team of HNI RMs and Advisors Monitor client portfolios and offer advisory services for high ROI Execute cross-sell strategies for Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance & Structured Products Drive revenues across online & offline platforms Work closely with research & advisory teams to deliver investment recommendations Ensure timely MIS reporting and performance tracking Desired Candidate Profile : 10+ years of experience in Equity Broking / Capital Markets / Wealth Management Prior experience in handling HNI & Ultra-HNI clients with strong revenue track record Proven leadership in managing and scaling teams Deep understanding of financial products across asset classes Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills Existing client relationships and team-building capabilities are a plus Education : UG: Any Graduate PG: MBA/PGDM Finance (preferred), or equivalent
