The ideal candidate should be results-oriented, possess strong client engagement skills at the C-level, lead by example, and guide their team through uncertain times. They should have a deep understanding of the cloud market, strong relationships with enterprise clients, and be proficient in articulating Oracle's cloud value proposition, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem. Keeping abreast of the latest developments in the cloud market, acquiring relevant certifications, and fostering trust and credibility with stakeholders are essential qualities we seek in our leaders. Additionally, the successful candidate should have over 15 years of experience in leading teams in the IT sector, with a track record of delivering business outcomes and engaging in complex solution selling. Prior experience in leading businesses in the cloud market is crucial for this role. The ideal candidate will be a talent magnet, inspire their team to execute our vision, create an environment where individuals can thrive, and excel at coaching and guiding their team to peak performance. Belief in the power of collaboration, efficiency optimization, and leading from the front are key attributes we are looking for in our sales leaders.,
