Job Description As a Medical Claims Processor at our Coimbatore location in India, you will be responsible for accurately processing medical claims transactions. Your key responsibilities will include striving to achieve productivity standards, adhering to customer-provided turnaround time requirements, and actively participating in all training activities. This includes Induction training, Client specific training, and refresher training on billing and compliance. Your strong ability to understand the impact of the process on customer KPIs will be crucial in this role.
