1. To maintain own database of prospective customers 2. To makes calls to prospective customers on behalf of sales team members. 3. To add new customers to company database on monthly basis. 4. To manage and organize meetings with sales team & with prospective customers. 5. To maintain overall pipeline of hot prospective customers. 6. To categorise all prospective customers into cold, warm and hot category based on their response i.e., a. cold customer means probable customer who needs our services but not very sure when he will start availing our services??, b. Warm customer means who has shown interest and willing to use our services in near future of 2 to 3 months, c. Hot customer means who has asked for quotation or had raised an enquiry on us and/is willing to use our services with immediate effect. 7. To ensure desired conversion ratio is achieved on monthly basis. 8. To submit quotations & followup with the prospective customers. 9. To keep a track on competitor movement in market and ensure zero opportunity lost due to lack of market knowledge. 10. To prepare and submit weekly sales report with concerns & reporting manager. 11. To take feedback from each customer and ensure timely resolution of each complaint. 12. To ensure that ops team is fully aware of managing customer requirements, entire sales process, SOP’s, rules, and regulations required to execute the order. 13. To follow up with Ops team and sales team to execute the order and make sure with ops team all updates of job must be provided to customer on time i.e. DSR, invoicing, post shipment docs dispatch etc. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
