As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing project plans tailored to the client's needs and environment. You will have the opportunity to mentor clients, work on projects independently, collaborate as part of a team, and lead teams of less experienced consultants and clients to ensure successful project delivery. This role will involve working across various industries and verticals, allowing you to quickly build client knowledge and credibility. Projects can range in duration from a few weeks to several months. Additionally, you will be tasked with designing and conducting readiness assessments, evaluating results, and presenting findings in a clear and comprehensible manner. You will also be responsible for executing plans developed by employee-facing managers and business leaders, proactively managing risks, and influencing others. As a Digital Project Manager at NTT DATA, you will be expected to develop a change leadership strategy based on situational awareness of changes and the impacted groups. You will need to identify potential risks and issues, anticipate points of resistance, and create specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
