Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Female Sales & Marketing Executive to drive admissions and brand awareness for our play school. The ideal candidate will have strong corporate connections, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in generating admissions for play schools or educational institutions . Key Responsibilities: 1. Corporate Partnerships & Lead Generation: Identify and engage with corporates, HR departments, and working parents to promote play school admissions. Build relationships with corporate crches, parenting communities, and residential societies for referrals. Conduct on-site presentations, seminars, and meetings to showcase the schools offerings. 2. Marketing & Promotions: Organize school open houses, parenting workshops, and child engagement events to attract prospective parents. Leverage digital marketing, social media, and offline campaigns to generate inquiries. Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials in high-footfall areas (malls, parks, residential hubs). 3. Admissions & Conversion: Follow up with leads, conduct school tours , and convert inquiries into admissions. Maintain a database of prospective parents and ensure regular follow-ups. Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets set by the school. 4. Brand Building & Community Engagement: Collaborate with parent-teacher associations (PTA), influencers, and mom bloggers to enhance visibility. Represent the school at local events, fairs, and parenting forums . Gather parent feedback to improve marketing strategies. Qualifications & Experience: 2+ years in sales & marketing (preferably in play school, preschool, or education sector). Proven ability to generate admissions through corporate tie-ups and events . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Strong networking skills with corporates, parents, and community groups . Female candidates preferred (to better connect with parents and corporate HRs). Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about early childhood education. Skills & Competencies: Confident and persuasive in handling parent inquiries . Creative thinker with strong event management skills .
