Java-based customizations, or scripting within EnergyIP.- Support the design, testing, and rollout of enhancements and change requests within eMeter.- Assist in implementing new meter types, data formats, and interface configurations with upstream (AMI systems) and downstream (billing, analytics, CIS) systems.- Perform functional impact analysis for patches/upgrades and lead UAT with business users.- Collaborate with technical teams for integration with external systems (SAP IS-U, Outage Management, CIS, etc.).- Provide support for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution during BAU operations.- Prepare functional specification documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to regulatory standards across MDMS operations.
