We are a leading High-End Residential Sales & Rental Brokerage firm based in Chennai, seeking a motivated and well-presented Inspection cum Mapping Executive . The ideal candidate will be responsible for property inspections, location mapping, assisting with client visits, and providing detailed feedback to our backend and sales teams. This is a field-based role that requires strong communication skills, local area awareness, and a tech-savvy mindset. Key Responsibilities: Visit and inspect high-end residential properties across Chennai CBD areas. Accurately map and document property locations using Google Maps and other tools. Take quality photos/videos of properties as required. Coordinate with the sales and listings team to update property databases. Handle client property inspections , assist during site visits, and ensure a smooth on-ground experience. Provide timely and structured feedback to the backend team on property condition, client preferences, and visit outcomes. Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and clients in English and Tamil. Submit inspection reports and updates via email and internal systems. Maintain a professional and presentable appearance during all visits. Learn and grow with training on real estate practices and tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: Fluent in English and Tamil (spoken and written). Hindi is a bonus. Proficient in using Google Maps, email, and smartphone applications . Familiarity with Chennais Central Business District (CBD) and premium residential areas. Well-groomed and presentable personality . Must own a two-wheeler (four-wheeler ownership is a plus and will attract higher compensation). Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude . Self-driven with a positive attitude to learn and grow in the real estate domain.
