Role Overview: As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in guiding potential partners through the process of becoming Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs). Your primary responsibility will be to conduct 1-1 sessions with interested candidates, educating them about the mutual fund industry, the benefits of becoming an MFD, and the steps involved in the certification process.
