Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic professional with strong expertise in managing large-scale industrial projects, particularly Greenfield developments, and proven ability to work closely with international clients. The role will involve end-to-end project coordination, ensuring timely execution while maintaining compliance with all statutory and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for foreign clients, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle. Sound knowledge of regulatory approvals, including Building Plan Approval, Pollution Control Board (CTE, CTO), Fire NOC, Electrical Approvals, and Factory Licenses. Conduct regular site supervision and quality checks to ensure construction meets approved designs and international standards. Lead Greenfield projects (mandatory) and support Brownfield projects as applicable. Coordinate seamlessly between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and progress updates for client reviews using PowerPoint and Excel. Travel extensively across India and remain on-site as per project requirements. Core Skills & Competencies: International Client Management: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with cultural sensitivity and the ability to build strong professional relationships with overseas stakeholders. Project Management: Proven track record in planning, executing, and delivering industrial projects on time and within scope. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify risks, evaluate progress, and implement corrective measures proactively. Collaboration & Coordination: Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and aligning multiple parties towards common goals. Adaptability: Comfortable working in diverse environments with flexibility for travel and extended on-site presence.
