You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. Your role will involve providing strategic advisory services, conducting market research, and developing data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. As a consulting professional, you will design, build, and implement initiatives that can help improve business performance. Your key responsibilities will include translating strategic objectives into high-impact use cases, understanding clients" business priorities, ideating and executing value creation workshops, conducting detailed research, defining value architecting requirements, advising clients on industry best practices, estimating project timelines, and continually experimenting with new tools and technologies. Moreover, you will collaborate with offshore and onshore cross-functional teams, lead client meetings and workshops, create hypothesis based on clients" issues, apply best Excel practices, develop interactive models using dashboard creation platforms like Power BI and Tableau, innovate with creativity in a fast-paced environment, participate in pre-sales activities, and contribute to practice-specific initiatives. Your professional and technical skills should include relevant experience in the domain, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, deep understanding of Customer Service function for two industries, knowledge of sales and marketing functions, experience in developing quantitative models, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, anchoring client/senior stakeholder conversations, creating engaging storyboards using data visualization tools, and a passion for storytelling with excellent visual skills.
