As a member of the Configuration Services Team at Lenovo, you will play a crucial role in exploratory data analysis, process improvements, and tool development to support Configuration Business Growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and delivering new solutions, designs, and implementations to support configuration services and cross-functional Lenovo initiatives - Project and workflow development - Process design and re-design - Automation initiatives - Addressing manufacturing and product issues impacting configuration services - Handling Licensing, End of Life OS, New OS, Hardware decommits activity - Supporting Sales, OEM, and Customer interactions - Engaging in cross-functional initiatives to maintain and support Configuration tools and systems - Supporting Global Product Services Offering development and readiness sign-off Your required skillset should include: - Knowledge of business ecosystems, infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT, and predictive analytics - Exposure and understanding of existing, new, and emerging technologies and processing environments - Technical knowledge on Client (Desktop, Notebook & Tablets) - Understanding of configuration services and service delivery - Structured Troubleshooting Techniques - Strong Services Industry and ITIL acumen - Good communication skills to effectively convey ideas Education/Experience: - 10+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree Lenovo, a US$69 billion revenue global technology powerhouse, prioritizes delivering Smarter Technology for All.
