As a Sales Development Rep Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will engage with customers in a consultative approach to foster relationships. Your endless curiosity in cloud and digital product markets will drive your enthusiasm for learning and discussing technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, Internet of Things, Software as a Service, Enterprise Resource Planning, and Cloud-based solutions. Your responsibilities will include outreach to advertisers using creative strategies around seasonal moments and product offerings, utilizing a variety of outreach tools. You will establish a robust pipeline within the client CRM and engage in big-picture thinking through follow-up calls, leaving voice mails, email correspondence, social media messaging, coordinating appointments, and presenting metrics. Embracing the concept that B2B deals start with engaging in meaningful conversations to accurately qualify the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline), you will interface between potential digital advertisers and the client to drive sales. Your role will involve persevering through both inbound and outbound high-volume calling and prospecting to advertisers. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 6 months experience in sales, customer service, sales training, or sales internship, along with 6-9 months of calling experience. A Bachelor's degree is required, as well as proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and a general understanding of Cloud infrastructure.
