Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential clients via email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
• Convert warm leads into confirmed clients through follow-up and persuasion.
• Understand company services (IT, BPO, Healthcare, and Outsourcing).
• Update and maintain daily client status reports.
• Coordinate with the business development team for project discussions.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication & convincing skills (English preferred).
• Basic computer & email handling.
• Ability to build relationships and maintain professionalism.
• Positive attitude and confidence in handling clients.

Performance Goals

• Handle 20–30 leads per week.
• Convert at least 3–5 into qualified client discussions monthly.
• Maintain proper follow-up and reporting.
