Role & responsibilities Handle student queries via calls, emails, and in-person sessions Provide personalized guidance for undergraduate & postgraduate course selection (India & Abroad) Understand student needs, preferences, academic background, and career aspirations Convert leads into enrollments through ethical and informed counselling Stay updated on course options, universities, eligibility, and admission deadlines Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless student experience Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups. Preferred candidate profile 1-2 years of experience in education/ abroad counselling Any graduate with relevant experience MBA graduate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport with students and parents quickly Strong persuasion and follow-up skills Self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about education
