This role requires a proactive self-starter with excellent communication and writing skills, who can develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate demand and establish meaningful relationships with potential customers. Key Responsibilities Conduct targeted outreach to prospective customers via email, LinkedIn, social media, and other digital channels. Research and identify potential leads through industry analysis, competitor tracking, and market intelligence. Engage with key decision-makers to nurture relationships and generate sales opportunities. Develop personalized messaging strategies to maximize engagement and response rates. Qualify leads and set up high-quality meetings for senior sales and business development teams. Build and maintain a database of potential clients using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot). Track outreach performance, analyze response data, and continuously optimize prospecting strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market shifts to enhance outreach efforts. Collaborate with marketing teams to align lead-generation efforts with campaigns and content strategies. Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation targeting U.S.-based clients. Proven track record of driving lead generation and successfully engaging prospects through multiple channels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), and email automation platforms. Strong understanding of U.S. business culture and customer acquisition processes. Ability to analyze and interpret industry trends to enhance sales strategies.
