Grad / MBA / BA LLB Experience: Minimum 0-3 Years Salary Per Month: For Fresher's: 2.4-3.6 LPA CTC For Professionals: For Professionals: 3.6 - 7.2 LPA Shift Timing: US Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM) Job Description: The Associate Property Manager will support the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and tenant relations for assigned properties. This role involves assisting in the management of residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments ensuring they are well-maintained, cost-efficient, and deliver a high standard of service to occupants and stakeholders. Key responsibilities: 1. Assist the Property Manager in overseeing property operations including maintenance, security, housekeeping, landscaping, and utilities. 2. Coordinate with contractors, facility teams, and vendors for scheduled maintenance, repair work, and emergency response. 3. Monitor service quality and enforce SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance with outsourced vendors. 4. Respond promptly to tenant/resident concerns, inquiries, and service requests to ensure high satisfaction. 5. Help manage property budgets, track expenses, and support preparation of financial and operational reports. 6. Conduct periodic inspections of buildings, amenities, and common areas to ensure safety and functionality. 7. Assist with tenant onboarding, move-in/move-out processes, and documentation. 8. Maintain property records, lease agreements, and compliance with regulatory and safety standards. 9. Support event coordination, community engagement initiatives, and amenity usage. 10. Work with the legal and finance teams on rent collection, arrears follow-up, and documentation. Preferred Skills: 1. Excellent verbal & written communication skills, ability to call, connect and interact with potential clients. 2. Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite. 3. Familiarity with building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), maintenance protocols, and vendor management. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in property management software. 6. Knowledge of real estate regulations, fire safety norms, and facility operations. 7. Willingness to be based on-site or travel between multiple properties, if required.
