Key responsibilities:

1. Client servicing/relationship management. 2. Managing digital marketing and communication retainer accounts. 3. Understanding client briefs and sharing them with the internal team. 4. Implementing strategies in close coordination with the copy, creative, design, video, and digital teams. 5. Assisting in the preparation of client presentations and reports. 6. Supporting the team in day-to-day client communication and ensuring timely deliverables. 7. Analyzing client feedback and helping in executing solutions to enhance service quality.
