In addition to content creation, you will be proficient in video editing using tools like Premiere Pro, VN, Capcut, or similar applications. Your editing skills will include creating polished videos with seamless cuts, transitions, captions, and sound effects. SEO optimization will be a crucial aspect of your role, as you will be required to enhance video titles, descriptions, and tags to improve visibility and rankings on YouTube. Moreover, you will design eye-catching thumbnails that attract clicks and drive traffic to our channel. Understanding the balance between engaging content and clickbait, you will apply smart strategies to increase views while maintaining authenticity. Monitoring video performance, analyzing analytics data, and conducting A/B tests on thumbnails and titles will also be part of your responsibilities. You should be proficient in both Hindi and English to create content in both languages, including on-camera presentations when necessary. A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in YouTube content creation and strategy is required, along with a strong understanding of the YouTube algorithm, SEO best practices, and content trends. Experience with video editing software and graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Adobe Suite is essential. Candidates who have previously grown or managed a successful YouTube channel, possess knowledge of scripting, storytelling, or short-form content like YouTube Shorts, and have experience with influencer or brand collaborations will be preferred.
