This position is ideal for recent graduates in Civil Engineering who have a passion for teaching, mentoring, and sharing technical knowledge with students or trainees. The role involves delivering engaging training sessions in civil engineering software, construction methods, and industry practices. Key Responsibilities: Deliver basic-level training sessions in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD. Pro, TEKLA, ETABS, 3Ds Max (based on your skill set). Assist senior trainers in conducting practical workshops, lab sessions, and project reviews . Support students in understanding civil engineering concepts such as construction methods, structural design, estimation, and surveying. Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and presentations under the guidance of the training head. Continuously learn and upgrade technical knowledge to deliver updated content aligned with current industry trends. Conduct assessments , track trainee progress, and provide constructive feedback. Maintain proper documentation and training records for each batch. Provide doubt-clearing sessions , help students with project execution, and support them in software tools. Coordinate with academic counselors and management for student engagement and placement support. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Good understanding of core civil engineering subjects like structural analysis, construction materials, surveying, and estimation. Basic knowledge of civil engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, SketchUp, etc. Strong communication and presentation skills . Willingness to learn new tools and teaching methodologies . Ability to handle a classroom environment and work with students of diverse backgrounds. Positive attitude, patience, and passion for teaching/training . Preferred (Not Mandatory): Internship or academic project experience in design, site work , or software training .
