Civil Trainer Fresher

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Civil Trainer (Fresher) to join our technical training team. This position is ideal for recent graduates in Civil Engineering who have a passion for teaching, mentoring, and sharing technical knowledge with students or trainees. The role involves delivering engaging training sessions in civil engineering software, construction methods, and industry practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver basic-level training sessions in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD. Pro, TEKLA, ETABS, 3Ds Max (based on your skill set).
• Assist senior trainers in conducting practical workshops, lab sessions, and project reviews.
• Support students in understanding civil engineering concepts such as construction methods, structural design, estimation, and surveying.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and presentations under the guidance of the training head.
• Continuously learn and upgrade technical knowledge to deliver updated content aligned with current industry trends.
• Conduct assessments, track trainee progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain proper documentation and training records for each batch.
• Provide doubt-clearing sessions, help students with project execution, and support them in software tools.
• Coordinate with academic counselors and management for student engagement and placement support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Good understanding of core civil engineering subjects like structural analysis, construction materials, surveying, and estimation.
• Basic knowledge of civil engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, SketchUp, etc.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools and teaching methodologies.
• Ability to handle a classroom environment and work with students of diverse backgrounds.
• Positive attitude, patience, and passion for teaching/training.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Internship or academic project experience in design, site work, or software training.
• Any certification in AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, etc.
• Experience in mentoring juniors or conducting college seminars.
