Clerical Assistant

Office Maintenance & Cleanliness

• Ensure cleanliness of office areas, workstations, and pantry.
• Dusting and cleaning of desks, furniture, and office equipment.
• Dispose of waste and maintain hygiene in common areas and restrooms.

2. Serving and Hospitality

• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Assist in arranging snacks or lunch during meetings or events.

3. Document Handling & Internal Support

• Deliver and collect documents from different departments.
• Photocopy, scan, or print documents as instructed.
• Assist in filing, organizing office materials, and maintaining stationery stock.

4. Outdoor Tasks

• Run errands such as bank work, post office duties, or delivery of documents outside the office.
• Purchase office supplies or other required items.

5. Meeting Room Preparation

• Ensure meeting rooms are clean and set up before scheduled meetings.
• Provide refreshments and stationery if required.

6. General Assistance

• Support administrative staff with routine tasks.
• Assist in shifting files, office furniture, or organizing storage.
• Handle minor repair tasks or report maintenance issues.

7. Security and Opening/Closing

• Open and close office premises when required.
• Monitor visitor entry (if needed) and follow office protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
