Cleo Integration Specialist Job Description We are looking for a knowledgeable Cleo Integration Specialist with expertise in Cleo Clarify and Cleo Harmony to manage, develop, and optimize B2B integration solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will be experienced in setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting Cleo integration solutions, enabling seamless data exchanges and efficient workflows across various business systems. This role requires a strong technical background in EDI, API, and file-based integrations, with a focus on building scalable and secure integrations that meet unique business requirements. Responsibilities Develop and Implement Integrations : Design, develop, and implement B2B integrations using Cleo Clarify and Cleo Harmony to support data exchange and communication across diverse business systems. Configure and Monitor Cleo Systems : Set up and configure Cleo Clarify and Cleo Harmony to ensure optimal performance, security, and data accuracy for each integration. Manage EDI and API Data Flows : Oversee EDI, API, and other data formats for inbound and outbound data exchanges with partners, suppliers, and internal systems. Troubleshoot and Optimize Workflows : Diagnose and resolve issues in Cleo Clarify and Harmony, optimizing workflows for seamless, high-performance data processing. Partner Management and Onboarding : Work with trading partners to define integration requirements, develop specifications, and onboard them to Cleo-based workflows. Documentation and Compliance : Document integration processes, configurations, and data mappings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance integration processes, utilizing new Cleo features and best practices to improve system efficiency and security. Skillset & Experience Required : Cleo Clarify and Cleo Harmony Expertise: Proven experience with Cleo Clarify and Cleo Harmony, including configuration, administration, and troubleshooting. EDI and B2B Integration Knowledge: Strong background in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and B2B integration technologies. API Integration Skills: Experience with API-based integrations, including RESTful and SOAP web services, to support real-time data exchanges. Data Transformation and Mapping: Proficiency in data transformation and mapping tools to standardize data across multiple formats and protocols. Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues within complex integration environments. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality, ensuring data integrity across all Cleo integration processes.
