About the Role (WORK FROM OFFICE) YOU MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH We are looking for young, energetic, and empathetic problem-solvers who can delight customers at every interaction. This is not just a customer service role its about having the curiosity, emotional intelligence (EQ), and drive to solve problems while keeping the customer first, always. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat with empathy and professionalism. Understand customer issues, analyse, and provide effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences. Requirements 02 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Strong communication skills in written and spoken English. Fluency in any regional language is a plus (but not mandatory). Analytical mindset with the ability to think on your feet. Customer-first approach and high emotional intelligence (EQ). Open to work in rotational shifts (day/night) and 5 days/week with 2 rotational week-offs .
