Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid contract role for our client - a Chief of Staff to our client, a Content Centre of Excellence Head, located in Bengaluru. The Chief of Staff will assist in strategic planning, manage special projects, and oversee the daily operations of the Centre of Excellence. The role involves coordinating between internal BUs, streamlining processes, and providing executive support to the Head of the Centre of Excellence. The candidate will also be responsible for internal communications, ensuring alignment across teams and performing detailed reviews of marketing content assets. Key Responsibilities Lead planning and delivery of multi-channel content programs (web, app, email, social). Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets. Run Agile workflows for content operations. Enforce editorial quality standards (style guides, QA checklists, compliance reviews). Manage vendors and freelancers, ensuring SLAs and cost efficiency. Provide weekly status updates, risk assessments, and manage stakeholder communications. Qualifications Essential - Strategic Planning and Project Management skills Essential - Very strong skills in content creation, curation, editing and content management Operational management experience, including overseeing daily operations, internal and vendor communications Coordination and Process Streamlining abilities Executive Support and Report Preparation skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru Experience in a similar role is preferred Preferable - A technology degree in Computer Science or Information Sciences.

Key Responsibilities : Plan, execute, and manage content and quality projects from initiation to delivery. Coordinate with content writers and quality checkers to ensure seamless workflow. Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals and expectations. Review content outputs and ensure they meet predefined quality standards. Identify and resolve any process bottlenecks or issues during project execution. Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, provide feedback, and facilitate continuous improvement. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports. Ensure adherence to company standards and best practices in content creation and quality assurance. Collaborate with other departments (like Sales, Design, and Technology) when needed to ensure a cohesive delivery. Required Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communication, English, or a related field. 2-3 years of proven experience in project management (preferably in content, digital, or marketing projects).
