About Retail Ops:

Centralised CTS Grid Operations (CCGO) handles CTS outward/ inward instruments and also ECS transactions of the Bank. The Department also takes care of verification and authorization of outward and inward clearing instruments received in CTS application and ensuring zero errors.

About the Role:

The CTS Grid operations team is responsible for processing inward zones and tallying and submission of inward returns within session cut-off timings. They are also responsible for timely processing and ensuring that clear funds are made available for the customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure tallying and processing of sub-member instruments within cut off timings
• Ensure timely processing of outward returns and regularization of outward zones
• Ensure error free verification of inward/ outward clearing cheques.
• Achieve productivity targets assigned by the supervisor.
• Responsible for reduction of staff and vendor errors impacting customers
• Responsible for minimizing fraud/ operational losses

Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

• Education- Post Graduation if Fresher or Graduates with 2 years relevant experience

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:

• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Good understanding of banking negotiable instruments.
• Basic understanding of CTS clearing cycles
