Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in management of supply chain, fabrication and assembly. This role requires a hands-on approach, leadership, and a keen eye for detail. Salary-30000 to 35000(non negotiable) Key Responsibilities: Oversee the manufacturing process from design to production, ensuring efficient and high-quality output. Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine manufacturing processes of components. Implement and maintain manufacturing best practices. Since this is a small team, the candidate will have the opportunity to make big decisions, take ownership of their work and process. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the fabrication and assembly processes. Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure products meet our standards. Work with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components. Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications: Proven experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment. Familiarity with CAD software (e.g. Fusion360) and other relevant engineering tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience with CNC machining, welding, and other metalworking and manufacturing techniques. Familiarity with ISO standards and other quality management systems.
