Job Description

  • CLEANING Supervision:
  • Assigning duties to housekeeping staff and monitoring their performance.
  • Ensuring cleanliness of rooms, public areas, and team member areas.
  • Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Addressing guest requests related to housekeeping services.
  • Inspecting rooms and public areas to ensure standards are met.
  • Catering Supervision:
  • Overseeing food preparation and sometimes service at catered events.
  • Ensuring smooth service during all shifts, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Managing staff schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and dining area.
  • Managing food and beverage inventory.
