Cleaning Staff

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic environment within our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, an eye for cleanliness, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This role is critical in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our employees, visitors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Clean and disinfect washrooms, pantry areas, staff rooms, and common areas
• Replenish supplies such as soap, sanitizers, toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning products
• Ensure all areas meet organizational cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Manage and dispose of waste according to company and regulatory protocols
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms or workspaces when required
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and ad-hoc tasks from the admin or operations team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cleaner, housekeeper, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory)
• Familiarity with cleaning materials, tools, and sanitation techniques
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Good physical stamina and mobility
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
