Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing assigned areas (e.g., offices, common areas, restrooms, dining facilities). Ensure all rooms and public areas are cared for and inspected according to established standards. Replenish supplies (e.g., toiletries, paper products) in designated areas as needed. Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals, adhering to safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed to the supervisor promptly. Handle waste disposal and segregation according to company and environmental guidelines. Assist in special cleaning projects or deep cleaning as required. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients and colleagues. Support and mentor junior housekeeping staff, demonstrating best practices. Qualifications: 1-2 years of proven experience as a Housekeeping Associate or similar role, preferably in a corporate, hospitality, or facility management setting. Knowledge of various cleaning methods, products, and equipment. Understanding of health and safety regulations related to housekeeping. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Good communication skills. Punctual and reliable.
