Cleaning & Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cleaning & Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the cleaning and maintenance operations of our college. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the cleaning and maintenance staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance, and providing excellent client service.

Qualification:

• Graduate or Post Graduate from an Indian University.

Job Details:

1. Supervision: Supervise the cleaning and maintenance staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback.

2. Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the college, including classrooms, offices, corridors, and restrooms.

3. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

4. Staff Training: Provide training and development opportunities for cleaning and maintenance staff.

5. Budgeting: Assist with budgeting and procurement of cleaning and maintenance supplies.

6. Communication: Provide excellent customer service, responding to requests and concerns from students, staff, and faculty.

7. Safety and Security: Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols, reporting any concerns to the Facilities Manager or Security Office.

Skills Required:
1. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in cleaning and maintenance in an educational Institution.

2. Knowledge: Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures, including safety protocols and equipment operation.

3. Leadership: Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff.

4. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.

Minimum years of experience: 0-2 years

Nature of Job: Full Time
