Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of 28 housekeeping staff across academic blocks, administrative offices, and hostel premises. Ensure daily cleanliness and sanitation of all designated areas as per schedule. Prepare cleaning rosters, duty assignments , and implement area-wise cleaning programs . Maintain attendance, shift allocation , and weekly rotation plans. Ensure strict compliance with contractual obligations , scope of work, and service-level agreements. Conduct regular inspections and audits of cleanliness and hygiene. Collect and document daily performance reports , cleaning logs, and feedback forms. Address complaints, supervise corrective actions, and implement feedback mechanisms . Maintain inventory of cleaning materials , and coordinate with vendors for replenishments. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation norms at all times. Train staff on proper cleaning methods, equipment usage, and hygiene standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass with 3+ years of proven supervisory experience in a housekeeping role. Strong understanding of institutional sanitation , preferably in campus/hostel environments. Capable of managing large teams and shift-based housekeeping operations. Knowledge of cleaning materials, machines, and compliance documentation . Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with both team and client. Basic computer knowledge for reporting preferred.
