Key Responsibilities:Perform deep cleaning of floors, walls, ceilings, carpets, furniture, and upholstery. Clean and sanitize kitchens, washrooms, and other high-use areas thoroughly. Operate and maintain cleaning machines like scrubbers, polishers, vacuum cleaners, and steam cleaners. Remove dirt, grease, stains, cobwebs, and dust from hard-to-reach or hidden areas. Handle waste collection, segregation, and disposal as per safety guidelines. Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and solutions with care and safety. Assist in pest control preparation and post-cleaning activities if required. Report damages, repairs, or maintenance needs to the supervisor. Ensure work is completed within given timelines and quality standards. Follow company safety, hygiene, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) protocols. Requirements:Prior experience in deep cleaning services preferred (training can be provided). Knowledge of cleaning materials, tools, and equipment handling. Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks (lifting, bending, moving equipment). Attention to detail and ability to clean difficult or hidden spots. Good discipline, teamwork, and customer service attitude. Willingness to work at different sites and flexible working hours. Working Conditions:Site-based work (residential flats, offices, shops, factories, etc.). May require weekend/holiday shifts depending on client schedule. Indoor and outdoor cleaning tasks with safety measures.
