Responsible for Software development using LabVIEW, NI LabVIEW RT (Real Time Programming), NI LabVIEW FPGA modules & vision modules. Extensive knowledge of Special Purpose Machine development, Including automation, Robotics, Industrial control. Required Candidate profile BE/ B. Tech – EEE / ECE & LabVIEW Certification.NI LabVIEW Certifications – Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer (Certified LabVIEW Developer or Certified LabVIEW Architect are added advantage.

Role & responsibilities Candidate should have a minimum qualification in B.E/BTech in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/Computer Science with relevant experience of 5 to 10 years in LabVIEW. Experienced in using different versions of LabVIEW and latest version of LabVIEW with toolkits. Experienced in developing LabVIEW application using LabVIEW OOPS and Actor Framework. Understand the requirement, design, and develop the NI LabVIEW based data acquisition and control system. Experienced in developing modular, scalable applications using standard architecture in LabVIEW. Experienced in developing LabVIEW applications in Windows, RT Pharlap. Experienced in using and integrating all types of NI hardware i.e., PXI, CRIO, CDaq system etc. Experienced in working different communication protocols like TCP/IP, UDP, Serial, USB, CAN, GPIB etc. Experienced in integration of any Third-Party programable Instruments (Non-NI) i.e., Multimeter, Power Supplies, Oscilloscopes, Power Analyzers, Micro ohm meter etc. Experience in integration of any Third-Party controllers. Knowledge and experience in developing NI software driver for third party hardware and software will be added advantage. Good experience and knowledge in using the INCA software. Good understanding and experience in using ECU. Good experience in sensor selection, sensor wiring and troubleshooting the signals. Good experience in control panel schematics study, design, control panel hardware selection and troubleshooting. Ability to work individually and as a team. Good experience in interfacing Induction motors with VFD and Control system. Good knowledge in VFD basic configuration. Good experience in building UUT test setup, Daq and Controls I/O mapping. Hands on experience in signal level and system level troubleshooting of data acquisition and automated test system. Good documentation skills for capturing requirements, preparation of design and User Manual. Mandatory to have CLD or CLA Certification Preferred candidate profile The candidate shall interact and work with cross functional teams like Mechanical Engineer, Test Engineer, Lab team and Engineering team. The candidate shall be able to study and understand the project requirements. The candidate shall be capable of selecting suitable data acquisition system, controls system design, software architecture and development. Develop application software for new test setup and requirements. Upgrade existing software to cater for new test requirements. Selection of sensors, integrating with control system and software as per requirement. Documentation of software design, changes and update of user manual/SOP. Upgrading existing LabVIEW application software to new versions based on requirement. Troubleshooting and addressing any issues in controls and software. Testing and Validate application software before deploying it to the test setup. Preparing User manual/SOP and training the test engineer.

Job Summary: The Sr. Mechanical Draughtsman will be responsible for preparing detailed 2D mechanical drawings, layouts, GA, CLD, and P&ID for dryers, granulation equipment, and turnkey projects. The role involves close coordination with process and marketing teams to ensure accurate, error-free submissions in compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Design & Drafting Prepare General Arrangement (GA) drawings for dryer and granulation sections. Develop fabrication drawings for dryers, granulation equipment, Rotary Equipments and associated structures. Create detailed fabrication drawings as per PDS from the process department. Prepare CLD and loading detail drawings for pumps, PHE, and bought-out items. Draft detailed layouts for quotation purposes and final project detailing. Prepare P&ID diagrams for quotation and final project requirements. Create detailed fabrication drawings for tube bundle dryers, rotary parts, screws, and belt conveyors. Project Coordination Work closely with the process and marketing teams for accurate design deliverables. Ensure all drawings are in compliance with ASME and BS flange standards. Follow GDNT (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards. Specialized Equipment Knowledge Rotary Dryer , Spray Dryer, Flash Dryer, Paddle Dryer, Ribbon Blender, Cyclone, Scrubber, Silo, Conveyor, and Granulation Equipment. Key Skills Software Skills: AutoCAD 2D, Microsoft Office Suite. Code Knowledge: ASME, BS Flanges, Rotary Part Catalogue. Industry Knowledge: Dryer & granulation industry standards and best practices. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines with accuracy. Preferred Qualifications: ITI, Mechanical Draughtsmen, DME Experience in process equipment industry is highly desirable.
